Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead design and execution of cement and mineral plant projects. The role involves handling plant engineering, managing teams, and ensuring efficient project delivery with strong technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and engineering for cement and mineral plant projects
- Develop and review plant layouts, processes, and equipment selection
- Manage project execution and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure smooth operation and optimization of plant processes
- Supervise and mentor engineering teams
- Utilize 3D design tools for modeling and project planning
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality standards
- Handle client communication and technical discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ Years in mechanical engineering
- Strong experience in cement / mineral plant design
- In-depth knowledge of plant processes and industrial equipment
- Expertise in Revit / 3D tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Project management and execution experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
