Job Overview
We are seeking an HR Executive to support core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee administration for our client’s team. The role assists in smooth onboarding, records management, and daily HR operations, ideal for freshers or early-career professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires
- Maintain employee records, files, and documentation accurately
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR operations
- Handle employee coordination and administrative support
- Manage attendance, leave records, and basic compliance
- Support performance reviews and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate training and development programs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification: Diploma / MBA in HR / Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Fresher or 0–3 years in HR operations
- Good knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools (e.g., BambooHR)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Multitasking ability with attention to detail
- Basic recruitment and coordination experience preferred
