Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 4–7 years in administration, with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of office procedures, records management, and compliance
- Leadership skills with multitasking under pressure
