Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions for our client’s organization. The role focuses on recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management to drive talent strategy and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and processes
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management
- Ensure HR compliance, policy implementation, and labor laws
- Drive employee engagement and performance management systems
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and exit processes
- Develop HR policies, training programs, and succession planning
- Report HR metrics and contribute to strategic workforce planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification: MBA in HR / PGDM HR (or equivalent)
- Experience: 8–10 years in HR generalist roles with leadership exposure
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, and compliance
- Expertise in recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn) and performance systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office
- Strategic thinking with data-driven HR decisions
