Job Overview
We are hiring an IT Manager to lead IT infrastructure, systems, and support for our client’s operations in Mumbai/Thane. The role oversees servers, networks, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity protocols
- Coordinate with vendors for IT support, maintenance, and upgrades
- Lead IT team, implement policies, and monitor performance
- Plan IT budgets, procurements, and technology roadmaps
- Support end-users and ensure 99% uptime
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS) / MCA or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT management/administration
- Strong knowledge of networking, systems, and server administration
- Expertise in cybersecurity, backups, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and ITIL best practices
- Vendor management and leadership skills
- Hands-on with Windows/Linux, firewalls, and monitoring software

- Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
